Tommy Bahama has grown to include both men’s and women’s apparel, home and beach goods, and a thriving restaurant and bar business. With estimated global brand sales over $800MM, 11% of revenue stems from the growing restaurants group. I owned development of Restaurant & Marlin Bar experiences, created brand guidelines, and oversaw implementation and consistency across print and digital. I concepted and successfully launched the Cocktail Club subbrand to cross-market across social, email, e-comm, and restaurant channels.
Cocktail Club grew to include pre-mixed cocktails, a cornerstone of take-home mealkits through restaurant closures.
